USS Lassen (DDG-82) is an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer in the United States Navy. Lassen is named for Clyde Everett Lassen, who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his courageous rescue of two downed aviators while commander of a search and rescue helicopter in Vietnam.
